i think the "druid shapeshifting" desires are cured with the dervish's god forms (it does for me)

I think it will add two casters. Maybe a melee type caster and the standard distance caster, seeing as how Chapter three added two physical damage characters.

id definately think they might add a hand combat fighter. they say in the PCG article that they threw out a "Kung Fu master" for favor of the dervish in nightfall, sooo why WOULDNT they add it in a later chapter, perhaps the NEXT chapter.

Some say they will not add new class for chap 4...
maybe a bit more PvP emphises?
possible new race?
jump in time? (as it is say to be the apocalypse of the trilogy, so they might take it back in time to the first guild war, or to few hundred years in the future?)
Since chapter 3 is not even out yet, it is a bit hard to speculate things. But there are few want-list for themes, new features, and new class here around the suggestion fourm....

It all depends on the theme they are going to use for the next chapter.
They're not gonna throw in a kung fu master if its a Roman theme or something =/

Care bears FTW
no really, I think that a new proffesion is NOT needed. We coud use more landmass and more types of pvp would be nice. Like maybe a large 20v20 or something lol :P

I wanna be a Emo care bear!
For the next chapter I would like to see some loose end tied up.
Perhaps a charr focused one. Lets take all our lvl 20's and the care bears, and kick some Charr butt!
hell my 55 could solo the charr :P

I can't beleive they threw out kung fu master for this half baked assassins... anyhow thats just how I feel anyways. But then I am bias since i never really liked ninja and samurai much. still... hand to hand combat kungfu master sounds interesting.
Whats been done is done though, and I just hope they stop putting new classes in the future. They are driving other class out of business here. There are only so many spot avaliable in a party and preference is always going to be given to a healer/tank/nuker. Classes that fill other niches are usually frown upon... most party will prefer a monk over a Rits and anything over a sin or mesmer. I can't even imgine what a nightmare its going to be like to bring my sin to play in Elona.

I have to HIGHLY DISAGREE. Mesmers are often chosen over eles, sins, rits, necros, and even sometimes wars. The Sin i have to say totally SUCKS, so i agree on that part, but you CANNOT say that the mesmer is always picked last and anything else is picked over it. I have experience with this, since my main is a Mesmer, and i have to say, whenever i need a group i have no trouble finding one. Mesmers are often overlooked by NOOBS because they dont understand what a mesmer does.

WTF are you smoking, Dean? On my mesmer, I spend about 20 minutes each mission finding a party, because i'm last resort. On the ele that i had, i'd just say "Nuker LFP" and i'd get invites out the yin-yang. My Necro MM, my Warrior Tank, my Rit Healer have no trouble getting in parties either. My assassin didn't have any trouble, but that's because I forced a guildie monk to follow me around :P

well i apologize for that, I have never played a PVE mesmer and that conclusion was based on what most people say on the forum as well as the fact that of all the groups I have played in, a very low percentage have a mesmer with us.
Anet tried to fix sins with the recent buff... but I don't know if it will be anything significant enough to redeem them. (I rarely plays my sin anymore now.. everyone hates him even though I consider myself decent with him)

I'm gonna guess that for GW 4 (wouldn't say chapter 4, since it's possible they might branch off a new storyline unrelated to the current 'trilogy'), we're gonna have a new race to control, with the same old classes. Possibly a whole new world, instead of just a new continent.
If this is the case, there might be no feasible way to bring our old characters over to this new world. That's unlikely, though, as it would mean the eventual death of the 'original' GW trilogy. That being the case, maybe there will be some kind of rift that opens up so that anyone from this world can travel freely to the new one.
Also, I'd say this new race have some kind of crazy, off-beat kind of technology. Not futuristic/sci-fi in the traditional sense, but maybe something that allows for firearms, enormous machines, and possibly cybernetics/robotics, but not space travel, vehicles, or computers. So it can retain a fantasy sense, with magic users still abundant, but allow for engineers and technology.

Reminds me of Morrowind and the Dwemer with their steam machines. I feel that that would be within the realms of the fantasy world with another smart adn technological race.

I say make monks bare hand fighters or add a priest class that is melee/healing.
And maybe crafters.
